This coaching might not be the right fit if you’re looking for:
Quick solutions, rigid frameworks, or step-by-step life plans
Someone to tell you what to do or “fix” you
High-pressure accountability or motivational coaching
Clinical therapy, crisis support, or mental health treatment
That doesn’t mean those things aren’t valuable — just that they’re not what I offer here.

About labels, diagnoses, or pathologising how you think or feel
About judgement, rushing, or forcing clarity before it’s ready
Instead, it’s about creating space —

to reconnect with what matters to you,
and to move forward in a way that feels sustainable and true.
