This coaching may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step

  • Have spent a long time adapting to expectations that don’t quite fit

  • Are thoughtful, reflective, and curious — even if you don’t always feel confident

  • Want space to think, not pressure to perform

  • Are navigating change, transition, or a sense that something needs to shift

  • Value kindness, honesty, and gentle challenge over quick fixes

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need a clear goal before we begin.
You just need a willingness to pause and explore.

Who this may not be for

This coaching might not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • Quick solutions, rigid frameworks, or step-by-step life plans

  • Someone to tell you what to do or “fix” you

  • High-pressure accountability or motivational coaching

  • Clinical therapy, crisis support, or mental health treatment

That doesn’t mean those things aren’t valuable — just that they’re not what I offer here.

What coaching with me isn’t

Coaching with me isn’t:

  • About pushing harder, striving more, or becoming a different version of yourself

  • About productivity hacks, constant action, or relentless positivity

  • About labels, diagnoses, or pathologising how you think or feel

  • About judgement, rushing, or forcing clarity before it’s ready

Instead, it’s about creating space —
to think clearly,
to reconnect with what matters to you,
and to move forward in a way that feels sustainable and true.
