About Me

Hi, I’m Michelle Evans.

I’m a senior NHS nurse, a neurodivergent-informed coach, and I have ADHD myself.

I bring professional experience working alongside adults with learning disabilities, autism and ADHD, alongside lived understanding of what it’s like to think deeply, feel overwhelmed, and spend a long time adapting to expectations that don’t quite fit.

I trained with the ADHD Coaching Academy, an ADHD-informed coaching programme grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practice.

My training is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practice, ethical coaching, and compassionate, reflective work with adults.

My coaching isn’t about fixing you or pushing you towards someone else’s idea of how life should look.

It’s about creating space to think, offering gentle challenge, and asking the questions that help you move forward with your own goals — in a way that feels balanced, consistent, and sustainable.

HOW I WORK

I offer calm, reflective coaching for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next step — especially those who’ve spent a long time adapting to expectations that don’t quite fit.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating space to think clearly, reconnect with what matters to you, and move forward in a way that feels sustainable.
