• Session scheduling details

• Brief coaching notes to support continuity between sessions

I do not collect unnecessary personal data.

How your information is used
Your information is used solely to:

• Arrange and deliver coaching sessions

• Communicate with you about appointments

• Maintain continuity in our work together

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How your information is stored
Information is stored securely using Google Workspace (email, calendar, and documents), protected by two-factor authentication. Coaching notes are kept brief and proportionate.

How long information is kept
Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary to support our coaching work and meet basic record-keeping requirements. Information is securely deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights
You have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you

• Ask for corrections

• Request deletion of your data where appropriate
